Is there anything better than free? I don't think so. We have assembled some of the best, unbiased information available covering all topics of the home buying process. In addition, all consumers who request additional information are entered into our monthly drawing for dinner for two! So if something in the list catches your eye, just ask!
1. Home buying 101 guide.
This is what started my quest for client information and is still the basis for the class I teach at L.C.C. under the same name. It provides some great information on the basics, the buying process, how to get financing, credit do's and dont's during the buying process and much more.
2. The plain english guide to reverse mortgages.
People with questions about reverse mortgages often will find that the person trying to "sell" them the reverse mortgage is more interested in the commision rather than meeting the clients bests interests. With that in mind I have created the plain english guide for reverse mortgages, written for the consumer, providing them the opportunity to get clear, concise facts that are unbiased.
3. Homes and Money magazine.
A quarterly publication that I designed that provides practical tips and suggestions for homeowners, everything from fixing a broken pipe to award winning recipes!
4. Mortgage Master.
A great software program for the future home buyer that helps you calculate your monthly payments, how to determine whether you should refinance, moving checklists, literally everything you need from start to finish. The CD Rom is available for Windows 98, XP and Vista. You can run the program from the disc or install directly to your computer. I am currently working on a new version for Windows 7 and will keep you updated.
5. Real Estate investing for the experienced and not so experienced.
Easy to understand, easy to implement and a clear path to how many of us can work towards obtaining rental income properties. Its more about commitment and less about cash.
6. No money down and low money down programs.
We see ads everywhere that sound too good to be true. In most instances you are correct. There are however, some programs available that can get you into a house with no down payment and no monthly mortgage insurance. There are also $100.00 down programs on foreclosures, down payment assistance for low income borrowers in Eugene & Springfield and even some Oregon statewide down payment assistance programs. We have put all the information together in one report, seperating fact from fiction.
Please fill out our request form and we will send your information out right away.
Why do we do this? Mainly to help get the best information out to the public that does not slant the facts any certain way and always put the customer first. We might even pick up a client or two. Most importantly, our consumer information library is just one example of why Financial Center Mortgage continues to grow throughout Oregon while many other lenders have gone under. We know that satisfied customers will come back to us for future needs, but raving fans will entrust us with their friends and families needs, knowing that they will come first, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
